Since starting her career at Kookaburra Early Learning, Hayley has quickly grown into her role as a Diploma Early Educator, completing her Certificate III while still in high school and finishing her Diploma in Early Childhood Education shortly after joining the centre. Hayley is passionate about creating fun, child-led learning experiences and welcoming families with a friendly smile.
Her favourite saying, “Always believe that something wonderful is about to happen,” reflects her positive outlook and dedication to the children she works with.
Born on 5th May, Hayley shares her birthday with Adele, the powerhouse singer-songwriter known for her emotive and heartfelt music. Much like Adele’s ability to captivate audiences with her authenticity, Hayley inspires children with warmth, connection, and a genuine love for learning. Outside of work, Hayley enjoys spending time with family, camping, and going out for dinner with friends.
