With over 23 years of experience in early childhood education, Gail Keep brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role as Early Childhood Teacher and Room Leader at Kookaburra Early Learning. After working for several companies across the industry, Gail found her home at Kookaburra, where she has been a valued team member for the past 10 years.
Gail is dedicated to creating thoughtful, engaging experiences that nurture children’s growth and development, while managing the overall running of her room with care and professionalism. Her favourite quote, “A good education can change anyone. A good teacher can change everything,” captures her belief in the lifelong impact of early education.
Born on 14th September, Gail shares her birthday with National Live Creative Day (USA), a celebration of creativity and learning—qualities that shine through in Gail’s approach to planning meaningful experiences for children each day.
Outside of work, Gail loves spending time with her three children, and you’ll often find them camping, kayaking, or swimming together.
